Nigerian-Polish Initiative is a partnership realized on October 1, 2009. The project is designed to enhance the protection of the rights of migrants in Poland. Partners to 'Migrant Rights: Nigerian-Polish Initiative' are the Rule of law Institute Foundation from Poland and Human Support Services from Nigeria.
The programme is funded by the European Union through the EC-UN Joint Migration and Development Initiative.

Human Support Services (HSS) is the partner to the project, "Migrant Rights: Nigerian-Polish Initiative" funded by the European Union through the EC - UN Joint Migration and Development Initiative. HSS is a non-governmental organization established in Nigeria in 2003. The office of Human Support services is located in Festac Town Lagos, Nigeria. It has been working the last 7 years in promoting opportunities to build human capacity of communities and local groups to advocate for policy and resources that support equitable development at the grassroots, promoting human rights, good governance, rule of law and reducing poverty through its capacity building and advocacy. Its partners are; Westminster Foundation for Democracy London, National Democratic Institute, UNDP/UNEAD/EU/DFID, Action Aid, UNICEF, International Republican Institute, Research Triangle Institute, Airlington USA and the World Bank.
